The quote was taken from an interview Trump did with David Segal of the Washington Post in
September of 2004.  Trump said it because he's a germophobe and would prefer little bows
instead of shaking someone's hand.

The picture was taken after a very akward hand shake between Trump and Japan's Prime Minister
Shinzo Abe during their first meeting in February of this year.
